These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qwikro Labs website and web development services. By accessing our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Qwikro Labs provides web development services including website design, web application development, e-commerce solutions, and related digital services as described in our development plans.

2. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay at the time of plan purchase.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to begin your project.
• Prices for custom work beyond the selected plan scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

Each development plan includes specific deliverables as listed on our pricing page. Scope changes requested after project kickoff may affect timeline and cost. We will provide a written estimate for any out-of-scope work before proceeding.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and required content (text, images, branding assets)
• Respond to project communications within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to all content and materials you provide
• Designate a single point of contact for project decisions

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may extend the project timeline without liability on our part.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project.
• We retain rights to our pre-existing code libraries, frameworks, and tools used in development.
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Support Period

Post-launch support is included as specified in your plan. Support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments related to the original deliverables. New features or major changes require a separate agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If terminated by the client after work has begun, payment for completed work is non-refundable. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
